May, what a wonderful time of the year, full of blooms, new buds on trees and happiness! Now, if we could only get the weather to cooperate and the deer and squirrels to leave our tulips alone! We have two very important holidays all in one month – Mother’s Day and Memorial Day! We kick it off celebrating our moms on Sunday, May 12th. Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful Fitzgerald residents, associates, and families who have had the privilege to be a mother or surrogate for someone. It is the best gift anyone can be blessed with. This month has always been a month of gratitude. We are grateful to our mothers and Veterans for remembering the meaning of Memorial Day. We want to thank all our veterans for their sacrifice and honor those who have lost their lives for our freedom and safety.
We are continuing to enjoy an exceptionally positive response to our new community. We recently achieved a significant milestone – reaching 40% reservation of our Independent Living Residences. We are hearing a thematic question from prospective residents and their families at our monthly events and presentations, “which spaces are being reserved the most?” Our largest apartment residences are being reserved quickly. Our largest suites boast 1,927 sq. ft., 2-bedroom with den and 2.5 bathrooms and of course our 2-bedroom penthouses have expansive terraces adding more livable space for those who enjoy outdoor living!
