With anticipation rising like the curtain before a grand performance, we are nearing the moment we’ve all been waiting for; the arrival of our very first members on May 30. The Fitzgerald of Palisades, long dreamt and diligently prepared, is now poised to become the elegant backdrop to your next chapter. 

In the spirit of hospitality and grace, our team, alongside myself will soon begin personally reaching out to each of you. Together, we’ll reconfirm your scheduled financial and physical occupancy date, and your final residence walk-through and appointment. This appointment will also mark the time to submit your remaining community fee balance and your prorated first month’s rent. These touchpoints are essential to ensure every detail of your transition is handled with care and precision. 

A gentle reminder: no customizations and shipping of furniture and materials to your residence may begin until financial responsibility is formally assumed. These important dates will also allow us to finalize your Residency Agreements, which will be sent to you securely via DocuSign for electronic signature.
