Jennifer Soss, Life Enrichment Director, has more than 15 years of experience in senior living, inspired by her close relationship with her grandparents. One of her proudest achievements was supporting a member’s dream of competing in the 80+ division of the Penn Relays 100-yard dash — a testament to her belief that it’s never too late for a fresh start.
Tiffany Green is the woman behind the strategic partnerships at The Fitzgerald. She helps members stay connected to the larger Washington, D.C. community through exclusive experiences with local businesses and cultural institutions. Green’s passion for senior care started when she volunteered at a local community while she was in high school. She started her career in senior living and hospice and brings the relationship-building skills she learned into her role as Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Marriane Teixeira, Memory Care Director, brings a specialized focus on enhancing the lives of members with dementia. Preyceous Covington, Assisted Living Director, combines over seven years of nursing experience with a background in psychology to provide holistic care.
