Dear First Key Society Members,
he journey to The Fitzgerald of Palisades is unfolding beautifully, and with each passing day, we
draw closer to the moment when our doors will open to welcome you home. Our First Look Affair on
March 4 will be an occasion to celebrate, connect, and ensure all is in place for your upcoming
transition.
By now, you should have received your welcome email, which includes essential moving documents.
If you have not already done so, please complete and return these by March 15. Your pre-move
orientation and physical move date should also be scheduled as we prepare to welcome our first
members on May 1.
In anticipation of the next steps, we have attached a sample Independent Living Residency
Agreement for your review below. While the agreement for our licensed residences is still undergoing
careful refinement, we hope this sample provides clarity on the language and structure of what will
be reviewed in April.
